RAIDER ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Brie Brewer (Volleyball): Brie is a solid 6 rotation player that plays with grit. She has been in the leader board for digs every match this year. She was instrumental in our win against Sturgis last week, and we are lucky to have her as a leader on the court.
Kaiden Strong (Football): Kaiden had a great football game to end his senior season. He was in a numerous number of tackles on the defense both solo and assisted. Offensively, he created running lanes for our running back at the tight end position and he caught a 40-yard touchdown pass. It was a great way to end his senior season of football.
RAIDER TENNIS
The Raiders finished the regular season with a 9-0 won on senior nigher over Rapid City Central. Peyton Ogle got her 100th career singles victory. The 23-1 Raiders will next be in action at the state tournament next week.

RAIDER TENNIS
Rapid City Stevens came up short to Mitchell in the RC Invite held Friday and Saturday at the Parkview Tennis Courts in Rapid City. Although the Raiders won 5 flights and Mitchell won four flights, Mitchell was able to capture the title by winning the higher flights where more points are awarded. The tournament came down to the last match of the day where Mitchell's #1 doubles team of Delaney Degen and Megan Mastel defeated the #1 team from Brandon Valley 10-9.
The Raiders captured 5 titles: Ella Potvin #4 singles, Maddy Marsh #5 singles, Bella Nelson #6 single, Sylvie Mortimer and Ella Potvin #2 doubles, and Maddy Marsh and Bella Nelson #3 doubles.
Mitchell won #1 doubles, #1 singles, #2 singles, and #3 singles.

RAIDER ALTHETES OF THE WEEK
Ella Potvin and Jackson Swartz for being chosen as Stevens Raiders “Athletes of the Week”
Ella Potvin (Tennis): Ella Potvin led her Raider tennis team to a 7-0 record last week. She went 14-0 winning all 7 singles matches and all 7 doubles matches
Jackson Swartz (Golf): Jackson Swartz began the week with a disappointing Monday when he shot 94 (probably the first time he has been in the 90s since his 8th grade year). Instead of getting down on himself, he still was positive and came back and shot a 72 (Tuesday), and a 71 (Thursday). His turnaround helped the Raiders to win the Rapid City Invitational at Meadowbrook and also helped the rest of the team keep their heads up and Jackson's leadership allowed our entire team to bounce back after a ......... not so great day 1.
TENNIS
